This patch will fix media not able to backup to NAS. Patching process will not impact the recording. There will be no data written into the database during the patching process.


For Windows


  1. Backup the DCLog Express folder.
  2. Stop DCLogCorej service.
  3. Upload jdk folder to DCLog Express directory. E.g (C:\DupliCALL\DCLogE)
  4. Upload and replace DCLogStore.jar in C:\DupliCALL\DCLogE.
  5. Open dclog.xml file, look for the section <javamodule>, and edit the parameter to C:\DupliCALL\DCLogE\java\jdk\bin\java.exe
  6. Save the changes.
  7. Restart DCLogCorej service.
  8. Follow this guide to configure NAS in DCLog


Linux


  1. Backup the DCLog Express folder.
  2. Stop DCLogCorej service.
  3. Upload and replace DCLogStore.jar in /u01/app/dcloge
  4. Set DCLogStore.jar permission to 777
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Restart DCLogCorej service.
  7. Follow this guide to configure NAS in DCLog
