This patch will fix below issues:

  • Wrong call direction. (All call shown as Incoming/Outgoing)
  • Live monitoring time shows as 1970-x-x
  • APPLICABLE FOR HOOK RECORDING ONLY


Wrong Call Direction Scenario

  • Client make Outgoing call, but DCLog shown as Incoming
  • Client receive Incoming Call, but DCLog shown as Outgoing



Steps

  1. Navigate to /u01/app/dcloge
  2. Backup the current DCLogSHRec.exe
  3. Replace with the new DCLogSHRec.exe
  4. Set permission to 777.
  5. Restart dclogshrec.service.
  6. Test Call
